We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to lead our new team focused on partner needs. This role involves collaborating closely with our partners to understand their requirements, enhancing our product offerings, and ensuring a seamless integration of Mozio's services into their platforms. The Product Manager will also handle the enterprise support process for partners and the distribution team.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner Engagement: build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to understand their needs and challenges.
• Product Strategy: develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with partner needs and company goals.
• Enterprise Support: manage and handle all support requests directly from partners and the distribution team, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products.
• API Integration: ensure a white-glove and seamless API integration for partners, working deeply with back-end engineers on both Mozio's and partners' sides.
• Technical Expertise: have a strong understanding of APIs and technical aspects to facilitate effective communication and integration.
• Data-Driven Decisions: utilize data and feedback from partners to drive product improvements and innovations.
• Market Analysis: stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our products remain competitive.
• Project Management: manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

Required qualifications:

• Experience: minimum 5 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B or partner-focused roles. Proven track record of successful product management, leadership capabilities
• Skills: very strong analytical skills, excellent communication (in English), and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong strategic thinking.
• Technical knowledge: thorough technical expertise. Deep understanding of APIs and strong experience working with back-end engineers.
• Tools: proficient in using product management tools such as Jira, Notion, and analytics platforms.

To be synchronized we consider candidates located in Timezones from UTC-3 to UTC+2.

We hire people as Contractors, which means taxes are to be paid by the employee.

We cover 20 days of vacations per year.
