We are hiring Head of Product
Remote, full-time
Become a part of a growing team and lead it to infinity and beyond
Mozio is a world leader in Ground Transportation services. It provides its customers and partners with a search and booking engine, allowing final users to choose the best option for them when they travel, either for leisure or business purposes.
We are growing rapidly and looking for a Head of Product to bridge the technical and business worlds.
We expect you to pick up the product in its current state, analyze the market, and define a strategy and tactics for further development. You have to do a lot of analytics, form a large number of product hypotheses, and achieve cool results together with a great team.
If you have leadership experience, are ambitious, like to solve complex and interesting tasks, and the growth of metrics and improvement in user experience makes you feel euphoric - we are definitely going the same way!
Here's what we need you to do:
- Closely collaborate with Stakeholders, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering teams in order to devise a product strategy, mission, and vision
- Translate business-level target metrics into tangible product improvements
- Measure the impact of delivered product improvements
Your talents include:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on product management experience
- Experience in creating a product from the idea up to the final result
- Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken
- Excellent product sense and understanding of customer needs
- Proven track record of working closely with UX designers and a keen curiosity about user experience
- Strong preference will be given to candidates who have experience in enterprise collaboration, project management, or B2B cloud software.
- Ability to divide a product description into user stories that developers and designers can understand
- Past experience within the travel industry or ground transportation sector is a plus
In exchange for their long hours and hard work, Mozio's team members earn competitive salaries, the ability to work remotely from anywhere, and a flexible vacation policy. Combine that with a "flat" organizational culture and lack of bureaucracy, and what's not to love? Salary is flexible and based on experience, location, and other factors.
