driver was waiting and helpful although flight was delayed by 2 hours. Minivan was mode of transport. Unfortunatly the driver could not get van through some of the narrow streets in Kaleci. He dropped us of at an unknown spot and told us the hotel was not too far. We had no idea where we were. The driver phoned the hotel and they had to send someone out to bring us to the hotel.

The car was to arrive at 9. 30. it never came up tp 10 15, when I had to look for another car with the child and 2 suitcases in order not to miss the plane. I have the whole whats up communication with theirr manager, who gave no clear explanations and spoke poor English. I hope the money paid will be returned with some kind of apology.

Das besagte Schild mit unserem Namen hat es nie gegeben, daher schwer sich zu orientieren. Zudem sind wir durch Verzögerung durch eine weitere Gruppe bis zu eine Stunde später erst losgefahren. Der Begriff VIP bezieht sich aus meiner Sicht nur auf die Fahrt, der Rest war nicht des Wortes würdig.

A VIAGEM de avião de SAW IST para AYT não correu bem visto que houve um atraso de 2h 20m não tendo recebido qualquer justificação. Na chegada a AYT após horas de cansaço o transfer não se encontrava á espera sendo que me foi enviado através de documento da agência de que acompanhava o voo. Fiquei desiludido pois estou num País desconhecido e esperava mais colaboração. Tive que alugar outro transfer por 150 TL. Nas próximas viagens irei pensar se usarei os vossos a agência de transfer.
