Hello, Yesterday's travel was terrible. My leader said she never had such a bad trip. The driver, Teddy was so rude. I confirmed with coordinator - 65 88973808 before the trip if she could take one more person and the coordinator confirmed that since they are leaving from same hotel to same direction, it is okay. Then the driver not only refused to serve but also been rude and drove unsafe. We expect full apology and refund.

Diíappointing experience! I booked Toyota Alphard as seen in photo. but so disappointed when the actual pick up vehicle was a 13 seaters minivan, old model. online booking photo is not real. so disappointing which will make me not consider to use this service again. also, i bought an esim card as an add on service and it did not work at all. i followed the installation process, able to add the sim but could not use the data mobile nor phone line. i had to buy another physical sim at 7/11 and it worked fine. i would not reccomend this service to anyone.
