I Arrived at the airport at fuerta Ventura And there was no bus there to transfer me to the hotel that was closed anyway so I had to get a taxi there and back I went back to the airport and waited for many hours before I got a flight out back to the UK I was very upset to the point of crying I went there alone to get some sun to warm my body up because the winter weather in the UK causes lots of pain to my physical body and that's the truth yours truly Carol Israel
The ride was perfect, on time to pick up, well driven, nice driver. But...it took some searching to find out what company I was to travel with. This journey was my return trip from the hotel to the airport. When I arrived a week earlier, there was no bus at the airport for me, no person to talk to, nor was there anything from my earlier emails regarding the journey. In the end I phoned an emergency number from a poster in an office window (office number 102, mentioned in my email). And finally I was told to get an ordinary taxi, which I did not have to pay for. Before my return trip, guessing it would be problems, I phoned the number from my earlier email to the company that should be responsible for the trip. I was told that that company did not exist since a couple of days(!). And without a "transfer confirmation code", I could not get any transport. I had not been sent any such a code. So I went to the reception desk of my hotel and asked for help. She phoned the same telephone number, that I had phoned and in less than two minutes the problem was solved and I only needed my name to identify myself for the return journey to the airport.
