The taxi driver perfectly on time to pick me up at the hotel. He was friendly and professional. Then my score is the highest. During my trip in Brasil I used your lift services 3 times. I scored 5 stars 2 of this services from&to the airport but I should score 0 stars the service from Novo Rodoviario where I wasted time and money to have no service. To retain a new customer like me I think you should not let happen what I had to face so my score for your whole services is just sufficient. Regards

PARFAIT ! Notre avion est arrivé en retard, la compagnie de transport routier nous a alors contactés par Whatsapp pour nous dire qu’un Monsieur nous attendait patiemment. Ce jeune homme était adorable, nous a arrangés et a patienté avec nous le temps que nous retirions de l’argent pour notre séjour, nous a donné quekques conseils puis a nous trouvé une voiture en 3 minutes. Un minibus privé, tout neuf, haut de gamme et climatisé nous a alors conduit de l’aéroport jusquau pied de notre hotel. Et tout cela dans la bienveillance et la bonne humeur ! MERCI INFINIMENT !!! Ce service est efficace, vraiment pas cher et s’adapte aux aléas des voyageurs. Je compte encore faire appel à vous :) merci !
Despite my flight being delayd- you all were there to greet me! I was really pleased because I did not want to deal with arranging a taxi nor loose the money I had already spent. Thanks!! BTW- I left my water bottle in the back seat of my car, but don't recall my drivers name. If you can help with that it would be greatly appreciated.
Nie wieder! Niemand hat auf mich am Flughafen gewartet..Als ich entlich jemand fand hat er mir mitgeteilt das wir auf den nächsten Flieger warten müssen. Habe schlussendlich 2.5h Stunden gewartet. Riesen Frechheit!
