Pleasant, friendly driver. Especially appreciated driver waiting for delayed flight.

My flight has been delayed and data connection to my phone was having problem. Despate all the difficulties, Travelodesk made sure they talked to me and the pickup was done smoothly. I highly praise their service.

They texted me the day before, calling me by the wrong name, with the wrong travel information. I corrected their error, and they did not respond. Then on the day of my flight and transfer, they were not waiting for me at the airport. Instead I had to call them, and we waited for 20 minutes in the cold for a replacement driver to show up. Might as well have used Uber, a taxi, or a rickshaw. I will not use this service again, and I will not recommend it.
