The driver went to wrong hotel to fetch us for the return trip to airport. mistake by the despatch giving wrong instructions to the driver. Luckily I contacted the company and they redirected the driver to our resort. otherwise the trip to the airport was good and the driver was polite. The trip from the airport to the resort was good and the driver was already waiting for us.

this was terrible. He came 20 minutes to late, served warm chocolatmilk in the car and drowe us to the wrong hotel. As bad as it could be.

you people give updates on driver name, car type and driver name BUT FINALLY other car type and driver appeared. Very very disappointed as i was my first time using your service.
