Smooth and fast. Appreciated the chance to see downtown Geneva although it would have been nice to know that was on the itinerary.

Bus confortable, chauffeurs sympatiques.

we got to bus station at 8:45, but nothing turned up so I rang them at 9:10 to be told there was no 9:00 bus. She said we should have received an email and the next bus was 10:30. I said that was too late for our plane, so what were we supposed to do? She said she would speak to her supervisor. The phone went dead and she never rang back. Fortunately there was a 9:30 EasyBus which had two seats left. We paid for that, caught the plae and have still no hear from Swiss Coaches 34 hours later. If I had had the option of no stars that’s what I would have given them!! 👎🏿😖

The driver was very nice and helpful but the travel was during 1 hour 45 and not 1hour15 like you'll say on your site seb...
