0 stars. I paid almost $200. the experience is frustrating. In the advertisement was an E class Mercedez but i was fooled. more expensive than taxi. cars that picked us up are old, dirty stains in the seats, smelled cigarette and the leather seats are cracked. i paid additional 15 for a meet and greet. it was a joke. the driver just wrote my name in a piece of paper. Not booking with SF Best L!!!not recommended. their emergency numbers? haha you just leave a message and nobody will answer. my next trip i rather take a taxi from JFK to my hotel! more convenient and they are everywhere!!!

The driver was 20 minutes late to pick us up from the airport.
The drive didn't show up and when I called was told the reservation didn't exist. Its already been resolved
