We arrived at the airport and went to the ready2Go service desk. They couldn't find our booking but it was quickly sorted.

unreliable service. we waited for half an hour after pickup time and did not see the shuttle. we end up taking the taxi to airport. will need to ask for full refund

There where waiting at least 40 people for the "busses", some with small children but no bus or other "ready2go" people where on sight. After 10 minutes the first bus occures (12 seats), and everybody tries to get these. There were no organisation whitch one of the waiting people are for these bus, just a first come first serve fight of the customers. During this a next bus arrived but also with not enough space for all the waiting peoples. In my opinion a really bad organisation. They know the flights and the customers but there is no one there to take care of it. In other citys, for instance Melbourne, where a agent on site to manage the customers to the busses.
