I would not even give this service one star. It was simply appalling. For the transfer to the hotel we had to wait about 90 minutes to leave the airport during which time we had to change busses once. For the return journey the driver did not show up and we were forced to take a taxi to the airport at a cost of £24.34, the refund for which I am still waiting. A worse service is hard to imagine and I would not recommend it to anyone

When we arrived on the 12 of february the busride took too long ( approx 2 hours) The bus was dropping some people also to Santa Cruz crouise ferry boat! Our drop off was the last one! Our return I was informed by your company in written text via sms sent to my phone: "Dear MY CITY HOTEL, Thankyou for booking with us. The pick up will be at 09:30 Outside Hotel My City Hotel on Wednesday 26/02/20" There was no pick up at My City Hotel! We had to go to another Hotel called Magec!???? Why did you not inform in the first place the correct pick up address? brgds Wolter Ramsay

Der Transfer zurück zum Flughafen hat nicht geklappt. Nach einer halben Stunde Verspätung habe ich mir ein Taxi genommen. Ich wartete vor dem Hoteleingang.
