The driver did not meet the passengers and they have to took another taxi, i istill wondering were was waiting him for the pax. And I am trying to avoid to pay a refund to my clients. our luggage was literally 50 meters from the pickup point but they told us from the center that it'll cost extra to make a detour. of course our driver who was really nice, took us there eventually. the car was a little shabby and the confirmation messages were somewhat confusing

We need you to please confirm the Airline and Flight number you'll be arriving to your destination in since your flight QR 962 on the booking shows that will land at 05:30 PM but the pickup time that you set for the Vehicle is 12:35 PM. i emailed to complain there is only one Quatar Airlies flight with the number i gave on the 21st. i then got an email to say i had no credit for the teturn journey because the driver had been there at 12.30 midnight and i was a no show. i suspect that if that were true i would not have got the emsil set out above????? i gave the airline, the flight snd the date, that is normally enough.
