Driver at Caticlan Ferry terminal had to force my luggage into his vehicle as there was not enough space in his vehicle. The vehicle was too packed with people and luggages. Allow passengers to indicate how much baggage they are bringing so that the drivers could prepare as my driver and guide was very surprised that i was bringing a big luggage

They were very efficient with the timing, courtesy and everything about their service is highly recommended. I would recommend that they also provide general concierge service in the island, as the hotels are a disgrace when it comes to providing transport. I had to rely on sitting on motorcyles and electic jeepneys for my transport arrangements.

i have no idea I was booking for another company thru Agoda. The hotel I booked has inclusive airport transfers.
