they give reminder call and puntual. great service

the instructions you gave us were not correct. there are no free phones. we did not have an Australian phone and had to borrow one. When we finally got hold of your company they seemed confused about who we were and luckily a bluebird shuttle pulled up and after some discussion decided to let us ride with them. It was a very confusing, unpleasant mess.

not needing to rate the ride that was fine the biggest dissapointment is the fact that I was charged USD when I charged to an AUD travel card....doesn't make sense

we did not end up using the bus as we waited for 1 hour in the cold and when the driver turned up he told us and another guest that we needed to wait a further 10 minutes in the cold while he fid a lap around the block. I decided to get a taxie even thiugh u had already paid for the shuttle as i think a better way would have been for the driver to let us in the bus and then do his lap around the block as then we would not have been left in the cold. I feel that we should be refunded for this ride we did not take due to what i feel was bad hispitality
