TIME WAS TIGHT FOR MY CONNECTION, HAD 3H 5OMINS TO MAKE IT AND ONLY JUST DID IT, MAINLY DOWN TO THE M25. THE DRIVER WAS EXCELLENT THOUGH HE GETS 5 STARS COULDN'T FAULT HIM .

AC888 was delayed by 3 hours due to the snow storm in Ottawa. I had booked a transfer from Heathrow to Gatwick for 950am thinking that if my flight landed at 830, that would be plenty of time. it landed at 11 so i missed it. I couldn't talk to anyone about rebooking since there are no Megabus reps at the Central Station and the only info I received from the info guys was that it was coming at 1150 and to talk to the driver. The bus only showed up at 12:20, and by that time I had already booked with National express. Those buses came like every 10-15min so I waited in the cold for nothing - just waiting for a Megabus. There's no refund of course. So I paid $30 for the megabus ticket and 27 £ for the other one. What a waste of money and time...never again.

they cancelled my bus twice ! had to take another onw from another companie
