On time, polite, good driver. i tried to book with other companies but they required 72 hour notice. They let me book the day before. smart business! The others lost out!

The actual ride and driver were great! However, the guy that did the scheduling Jesus- he tried to contact me regarding the time for pick up. He moved our pickup time an hour up. Im at a resort mainly in the water so no access to my phone. When i finally called he was rude and said he wasnt picking us up since i didnt responde to him. The emails had someone else name on them so i assumed it was spam. After being somewhat rude back to Jesus. He finally called back and sent a car to us a few hours late. Luckily our flight was later in the day. There needs to be a better way to communicate other than calling and text because as I stated above- No phone out while in the pool. Suggestion - Perhaps a call to the hotel so a message can be left in the room.
The transportation company didn't have our reservation and took over an hour waiting outside in the hot heat to finally get a ride from them. It was such a horrible experience to start our vacation and I am hoping for some sort of compensation for this horrible start the the trip. We would've been much better off just taking Uber and plan on doing so on departure and moving forward.
