LAX Ride

the sevice. the ability to get the ride where and when it was needed

it took over 1 hour for my car to arrive Original driver never showed, hung up on me when called. Landed at 1717 and texted dispatch. Requested pickup in 20-30 minutes via text. Text response at 1733 advising me to text when ready to leave. Texted at 1743 that I was ready to leave. multiple BS texts back and forth saying he was pulling up/lost/missed the turn off and then a new driver was assigned at 1825. second driver arrived at 1830. Drive was proffesional and uneventful. Will not recommend this organization to anyone.
