shuttle did not arrive after waiting more than an hour and a nhmber of phone calls. need a refund please.

My driver didn't come, other driver pick me up. I want to pay back money.

no communication with their staff and waited for this so long time. offered us the fee eventhough I already prepaid too expensive comparing to same pick-up service.

The polite correspondence was pleased. The meeting place was a little confusing.

Driver was on time, easy to locate when we came out of the airport, he was really friendly.
