Hi, I am XINLING MENG and I am so disappointed and sad about my transport reservation. My reservation number is TC108312D7A88 and I order a car on 18 DEC at night. And time that the driver should be at the hotel is 7:15 am 19DEC. But no one comes and I could not contact nobody!!! we are so anxious at that time and we were afraid to miss the flight. At last, we asked the help from the hotel and they helped us to call a taxi again. And until now, I have not received any refund yet!!
It‘s a so bad man .I have a waiting time of 45 minutes. The appointment was made at 9am London time on 8 August and I arrived at 9.37am. I didn't get more than 45 minutes, the rules show and when I m booking the car ，i chosen the waiting time which have 45 minutes，I checked so many time the lastwaiting time is45 minutes，but when I got on the car, the Black African driver forced me to pay a ￡10 waiting charge use my card or let me went out his car！！！I was treated unfairly and the driver didn't follow，he said I was late and I must paid for him.He kicked me out of the car so many times that I finally had to pay him.I hope the service staff can investigate and give me an explanation. I will still be in Britain in the future. I don't want to lose trust with you.
