Very attentive driver, comfortable and clean car, excellent driving and luggage handeling
My ride was very comfortable and pleasant. Driver was courteous. One slight critique...he parked quite a distance away from the baggage pickup and walked very swift. While I was able to walk the distance this would be more difficult for someone else that may not have the physical stamina to keep up and walk as far.
Ride was fine and driver professional. However I was charged extra $20 for meet and greet while the company knew the option is not available due to the pandemic. No refund offered!
I would most definitely book another ride with ING Limousine Services. My vacation to Washington DC was amazing and topped off with a very warm comfortable from the hotel to the airport. Our driver Mr. Angelo Alfaro Sr. was professional and accommodating.
