we booked the large option from mobile application, the car that can fit 7 pax and 7 luggage without any question that we need to fill in about how many people will ride. They gave driver number when I asked in the morning. The driver was Debra, she said that she only pick up on person as per confirmation. luckily I have another cars coming. I asked to ride with her 1 pax with the luggage so I can came earlier to check in and drop the luggage. But she rejected and ask me to go with others in another cars. And now they reject to refund our money with the reason driver already came. How come? taking money for the job that you did not do. We will ask and write until you refund the money.

The order was clearly messed up. The ride was 44 minutes late. That was after I intervened by calling when no sight of the shuttle pickup after 15 minutes past promised time.

ride did not show, or was waiting at a different place but did not make contact. Very unhappy.

our driver was very nice . he was waiting for us inside the airport. helped us with our heavy luggages. and made sure that we were in the right hotel before he left

Meet & greet as prommised. Clean large limo. Driver was attentive and not over chatty.
