1. Car stated in booking confirmation was Toyota Innova but came with Ford 7 seater. 2. Driver busy with mobile phone while driving, texting and making call. 3. Driver was driving at at only 60-70km/h (the fastest speed), even on low traffic roads. It took more than 1 hour to reach our hotel instead of 45 minutes as stated in the booking.

Great experience with heycars. The staff was extremely curtious and helpful. Both drivers were on time and thoughtful of my schedule. I will definatly use their service again.

Michael was there early to pick me up and was very eager to please. I was impressed. And he kept up a great conversation during the ride. The transport was VERY clean and looked great! Cheers! Roger

original van was in a car accident, and instead of notifying me we found out through our driver when the car was not big enough to fit everyone's luggage. We encountered the same issue when driving back to the airport, it was so bad he had to put the suitcase on our legs as it was the only way to get everythin g to fit.
