GO Airport Shuttle & Executive Car Service

Driver was over 10 minutes late past 1/2 hour window. He drove way too fast through retirement community, barely stopping at stop signs and even ran one. We had plenty of time and no other passengers so this was not neccessary. Also didn't have record I paid through AirportShuttles.com and had to show him email on my phone. Other than that, clean car and friendly ride. Price was good and I did tip.

Got me there in one place and fast. Guy at desk outside airport was super helpful and make me feel real comfortable that my needs were taken care of. He also gave me a clear explanation of what was going on and what to expect

30 min to late...

I was a little afraid doing everything online. But the airport staff told us 15 minutes and a driver was on time. There were 9 passengers. The air conditioned bus was clean. The driver was friendly and he navigated the Fort Lauderdale to Miami traffic well. l showed 2 charges on my card as I made a date error. So that will need to be changed. I will recommend Go ride through JetBlue.

No driver was there for our schedule pickup. When we called the operator said they never should have scheduled us because GoShuttle does not go to Port Everglades! After a short time on the phone a shuttle drove up so we took our paperwork to him. He put our luggage in the shuttle and when we got in we asked him why he was there since we were just told GoShuttle doesn't go to the port. He made a phone call
