Prompt service with a friendly driver and nice car.

again, as i sent a complaint email. i booked 2 SUV's for total of 5 people and 15 luggages. i received a confirmation for this booking. at the end, only one van came, taling 5 people and only 9 luggages. you didn't inform me, didn't apologize and we had to take one more uber car to take the rest of luggage. this is not professional. i'm not paying for 2 cars and a total amount of 135$ when only one car came. you couldn't assure your service confirmed by email.

the dricer wasn't nice at all. he didn't help the ladies to put the luggage in the car. same when they arrived at destination, he didn't help to take luggade again. he didn't speak or said hello

fahrer war sehr nett. allerdings habe ich mich auf den audi A6 gefreut und haben einen standard taxi ohne aufschrift erhalten. da hätten wir genauso gut ein reguläres taxi bestellen können und hätten weniger bezahlt

Everything was smooth from booking, to drop off, to collection and back to the Airport to leave. Constantly keep in contact to inform me of times for picking up. Also the driver was so very courtious, and early for collection, and even took the time to ensure i had all my documents for my flight, which was really a step above other companies ive used in the past, so will surly use this company again. Highly Recommended, and thants for their service! :-)
