Guten Tag Der Schuttle der für den 22. November um 23:00 Uhr geplant war ist nicht erschienen. Ich fordere von Ihnen die Bezahlung zurück. Falls auf dieses Mail keine Antwort kommt in den nächsten Tagen werde ich mich nochmals melden. Sowas geht gar nicht, wir hätten beinahe unseren Flug verpasst. Ich werde nie wieder etwas über eDreams buchen!

I was met by a representative when I exited the airport. However, the van was not there yet. I was to be met at 1pm and the flight was early, but since I was told my flight was being monitored it would have been nice to have the van there a little early. Then, it was about 110 when the van arrived to I ended up waiting about 25 minutes. The return van was on time. I have no issues with the service otherwise.
