driver stood by the wrong exit. improve by knowing before hand which baggae belt and so which exit. also if driver installa google translate app he can communicate easily with every passenger
Driver on time and courteous and helpful. Car very old and not in good condition. Limited space for luggage.

The day of my arrival, there was a delay on the customs so they left after sending me a whatsapp message (I would have prefered a phone call as my internet connection was very limited). I had to take a taxi at the airport. This can be somehow understandable. However, they day I cas leaving Buenos Aires, they weren´t at the hotel on the expected time. I had to contact them to realize they made a mistake and wanted to pick me up at the time of my flight. They had no more taxis so I had to ask to the personnel in reception to book me one. I´m waiting for this money to be refunded to my account. In overall, not a good service. The day of
