Karim was very prompt, extremely helpful and gave us interesting information about the region while we were on the ride. Both ways he showed up earlier than anticipated, which after waiting four hours for a shuttle in Paris (not through Airportshuttles.com), we were so relieved by. I would definitely use Agharass Tours again.

nobody AT arrivals WITH name cards late picking up on the way back was also 10minu late but otherwise no problem would use again

The driver was 45mins late which meant we nearly missed our flight. We had to run to catch it and it was extremely stressful!!! The driver then had the nerve to ask us to pay an additional 300 dirhams when we got to the airport too. I rang several times to the company only to get rushed off the phone when I was trying to find out where the driver was. It was awful and ruined the end of our holiday. the drivers arranged private excursion with us and price. on the final day they changed the price and wanted to charge more. almost ruined the trip

not to stress about waiting 5 or 10 mins apart from that service from both sides brilliant. will be using again.
