Frequently Asked Questions

What is Mozio?

We are a search and booking engine for ground transportation - you can think of us like a Kayak.com for any way you can think of to get to and from the airport, and allow you to search, compare, and book your transportation.

We find the best providers of shuttle, taxi, limo, express train or any other form of service to get to and from the airport, and make them available to you with just one search, so wherever you are headed, you know Mozio can help get you there. We are a separate company from the providers we allow you to book, just like Kayak or Expedia is different from American Airlines.

We are committed to making sure that your experience is a great one, and our customer support department stands ready to help you with any issue.

What is a Shared Ride Shuttle?

A Shared-ride shuttle is a shuttle that stops at an average 2-4 locations. You could be the first dropped off or picked up, or possibly the last. Usually, shared ride shuttles offer a substantially reduced fare vs. private transfer options, but take slightly longer.

What is a Private Van?

A Private Van is usually a van for 7-11 people that will transport you and your friends between one location and the airport.

Where do I go when I arrive at the airport?

Since each provider is different, we provide specific, detailed instructions in the automatic confirmation email that you'll receive when you book. Need more information? Give us a call and we'll help make sure your trip is seamless, so you can get where you want to be, faster and easier.

I need to change my reservation because my flight was delayed.

Sorry your flight's delayed! On the bright side, all of our private transport providers and many of our shared ride providers will monitor flight status, so whenever your flight lands, they'll be there to pick you up. We'll make sure you're not delayed any more than you already are - we've got you covered.

How do I cancel my reservation?

With two clicks! We know that sometimes your plans change, so we've tried to make it easy for you to cancel, in case you need to. As long as it's before the provider's cancellation cut-off (differs by provider, usually 48 hours or less), you can just click on the cancellation link in your confirmation email. If it's past the cut-off, you may still be able to cancel and get a refund, though you'll have to call the provider.

How can I contact customer support?

We offer 3 ways to get in contact with us - use whichever one works best for you

Email: Send us an email at info@mozio.com and we'll get back to you ASAP, usually within an hour!
Chat: We offer live chat on our site. Go ahead, give it a try - we don't bite!
Phone: Want to speak by phone? You can call us (toll-free) at +1 855 980 7669 or +1 415 969 7669

I didn't get a confirmation email, what happened?

That's a problem! Contact us and we'll make sure you receive all of the details about your booking. You may also want to check your spam folder, as sometimes e-mails can get stuck there.

If I'm headed to the airport, how long before my flight should I ask to get picked up?

We recommend you arrive at the airport 2 hours in advance. If you have any questions, give us a call, chat with us, or send us an email, and we'll be happy to help make sure you get to the airport, safely, easily and on-time!

For an airport pickup, how far after I land should I ask to get picked up?

To make things easy for you, we provide a recommended pickup time. Typically, we recommend 30-40 minutes if you have luggage, though if you have only a carry-on 20 minutes may be enough. If you're flying internationally, we recommend adding another 30 minutes for getting through customs. We also recommend calling the provider once you land to inform them that you have arrived, so they know to expect you soon.
