Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and oversee the preparation of accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements;

- Participate in monthly and annual financial closings, ensuring compliance with established deadlines;

- Coordinate all accounting activities, invoices, and payments for the business;

- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and analysis to support decision-making;

- Identify and propose improvements to accounting and financial processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness;

- Reconcile collections from payment processor software;

- Reconcile providers and clients’ accounts.

Skills and Desired Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin or related field.
• Previous experience of at least 3 years in accounting or financial roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles.
• Advanced Excel skills
• Fluent in English.
• Self-starter, initiative, and capable of leading new projects independently.
• Capable of working autonomously and taking ownership of work.
• SQL or Power-bi proficiency is a plus.
• Quickbooks knowledge is a plus.
